Dance Registration

I and my heirs, release all claims for damages or injuries I may have against the St. Louis Scottish Games, the St. Louis Scottish Games Board, their agents and representatives, and any and all participating sponsors, supporters, referees, judges, field helpers or volunteers, as a result of my traveling to, participating in or traveling from the St Louis Scottish Games. I make this release and waiver of claim with full knowledge of the hazards and inherent risks associated with the St Louis Scottish Games. I expressly assume the risk of injury and property damage and loss.
I agree to pay any attorney fees and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate, whom I may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability. I understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expense is sine qua non for the acceptance of my entry into the St Louis Scottish Games.

The undersigned (on behalf of the undersigned or as parent or guardian of a minor child) authorize and consent to the taking, capturing, printing, and publishing photographs, video or other visual or sound media taken of the undersigned or the child of the undersigned, while participating in the events sponsored by the St. Louis Scottish Games and Cultural Festival.
The undersigned further authorizes and consents for the name (first and last), likeness of the undersigned or the child of the undersigned, to be used in the print, online, electronic, video - based, social media marketing materials, as well as other publications of St. Louis Scottish Games. The undersigned releases St. Louis Scottish Games from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.
The undersigned will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of the photographs, video, sound media or the use of personal identifying information in any marketing materials. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that publication of the photos, video or sound media or personal identifying information confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
