Equipment –
• Table, chair, & tent rental must be pre-ordered. Extra tables/chairs will not be available to rent at the festival.
• Clans may bring their own tents – most clans do.
Set-up -
• Clans can arrive to set-up Friday, May 10th between noon and 8:00 p.m. Overnight security will be provided but St Louis Scottish Games cannot be responsible for valuables. Those arriving for set-up on Friday will be able to drive onto the field. Vehicles must be removed from the field by the end of the day, Friday.
• Clans who plan to set up on Saturday, May 11th, should arrive early. Vehicles must be off the field by 8:00 am. Festival gates open at 9:00 am. Personal vehicles WILL NOT be permitted on festival grounds during hours of operation.
• Tents must be staked or weighted.
• Clans are encouraged to keep their displays open from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm on the day of the festival. However, tear down may start after the Closing Ceremonies. Golf carts will be available to help remove equipment from the field at that time.
• Personal vehicles will be allowed on the field after 8:00 pm.
• Please remove all trash and debris from the field.
Tickets & Parking -
• Additional tickets can be purchased on the website or at the gate.
• Tickets and parking instructions will be mailed to the address provided in April 2024.
• Tickets for those arriving separately can be forwarded via email.

I have read and understand the rules and regulations listed on this form and wish to be entered in the events listed above.
I and my heirs, release all claims for damages or injuries I may have against the St. Louis Scottish Games, the St. Louis Scottish Games Board, their agents and representatives, and any and all participating sponsors, supporters, referees, judges, field helpers or volunteers, as a result of my traveling to, participating in or traveling from the St Louis Scottish Games. I make this release and waiver of claim with full knowledge of the hazards and inherent risks associated with the St Louis Scottish Games. I expressly assume the risk of injury and property damage and loss.
I agree to pay any attorney fees and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate, whom I may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability. I understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expense is sine qua non for the acceptance of my entry into the St Louis Scottish Games.
