Clan Participant Parking (one vehicle per Clan)

One vehicle per Clan is welcome to park in the upper lot at Academy of St. Louis (at St Joseph’s Catholic Church), just west of Schroeder Park as shown on the map below.  We are only allowed to use the upper lot as the Church has other events happening that day.

Set up - You are welcome to drive onto the Games field and drop off your tents, tables & chairs either Friday afternoon or very early Saturday morning.  Personal vehicles may not be left overnight on Friday and must be off the Games field by 8 am on Saturday. To drive onto the field on Friday or early Saturday, drive straight past the St Joseph’s Lane parking lot entrance towards “L7” on the attached map. Games Personnel with golf carts will be available to help transport tents, tables, and chairs to Clan Village.  Please let a parking attendant with a radio know that you need help. Tents must be staked or weighted.  If stakes are used, please avoid damaging the marked irrigation lines.

Tear down - Golf cart transportation will also be available to move gear back to your vehicle after the closing ceremony.  Personal vehicles will not be allowed back on the Games field until Sunday morning.

There will be a security guard at the park overnight but do not leave valuables as their safety is not guaranteed.

Extra vehicles will need to park in the General Public Parking lots on Saturday (Click here for directions).

On Friday, April 28^th, each registered Clan should have received an email with a ticket which is good for 2 adults.  The pass can be forwarded to anyone not arriving at the same time.  If you did not receive an email with your ticket, please check your spam/junk folder first.  If the ticket cannot be found, please reach out to Donna at trex@stlouis-scottishgames.com.
